Microphysiological Systems
Santiagosic’s Microphysiological Systems (MPS), are designed for recapitulating the complexity of tissue microenvironments, thus providing ideal microscale 3D cell culture conditions for a variety of applications in biomedical research.
Reliable and easy-to-use, and also capable of microfluidic patterning in a high-throughput manner while accommodating different hydrogels or ECM components. Different mixtures of cell types can be loaded in each lane while maintaining a chemical gradient and fluid flow via hydrostatic pressure.
T-Curio
T-Curio is a 3D co-culture platform with three patterning lanes and two media reservoirs. Any type of polymerizable gels, including fibrinogen, matrigel, and collagen, can be patterned to serve as the extracellular matrix. The T-Curio platform contains 16 testing wells and is compatible with the instruments designed for SBS format.
S-Curio
S-Curio is a 3D co-culture platform that has one patterning lane with two side planes for cell coating and two media reservoirs. The injecting hole in the middle of the channel can be used for loading a spheroid. Any type of polymerizable gels, including fibrinogen, matrigel, and collagen can be patterned to serve as the extracellular matrix. The S-Curio platform contains eight testing wells.
96-Curio
96-Curio is a high-throughput 3D co-culture platform designed for automation and compatible with instruments designed for SBS format. 96-Curio contains three patterning lanes and two media reservoirs. Any type of polymerizable gels, including fibrinogen, matrigel, and collagen, can be patterned to serve as the extracellular matrix.
